Current first aid certification and metal health first aid training member of ytaa since 2003 level 2 teacher member . Completed hatha yoga teachers course, therapeutic teachers training iyengar style beginners teachers course and the power or vinyogi active yoga course. Completed the 5 year teacher training with the transformational yoga institutes from 1996 to 2001. Qualification details teaching for 10 years with 20 years of personal practice. Classes held in the boya hall behind the tennis courts on the corner of scott street and clayton road boya. Please come 10 minutes the first time. Class times tuesday 7:00pm thursday 7:00pm saturday 8:30 am all classes are open to beginners. Emotionally, satisfied with self, balanced, one becomes more stable, and life. Through dedicated yoga practice, mental and emotional potential begins to increase, one's physical, and unfold. Classes are taylored for all stages of life from when we are very fit and healthy, and for those times we are recovering from injury or with special needs. The individual needs of the students are considered with props and the necessary equipment available. The classes provide a supportive environment and community to practice the yoga postures asana, practice visualization and meditation techniques.
